This morning Steve suggested that we take the kids on a hike. I thought it was an great idea since Teigan loves to explore and Sawyer just loves being outside. So we packed up the kiddies and went on a hike...it was so HOT! But we had a great time anyway.
Sawyer really tried to keep up to his big sissy but those little legs just couldn't do it without Dad's help.
Teigan was so excited to see the "cave". We had to keep telling her to slow down and wait for us!

After we were done exploring we stopped and had some lunch at a picnic table. We saw some squirrls and birds; it was really neat! The kids were completely done after that and fell asleep either in the car or on the couch at home. It was really nice to spend some time with the family outside...even if it was super hot!

Sawyer is getting so much better with the water. He really like to get in the kiddie pool and walk across it. He thinks he's so cool when he does.
I had to add this in! Sawyer sound Steve's hat and was trying to act just like him. Of course it's funnier to me because he is a CLONE of Steve.
On the days that we just don't have the energy to go to the pool, we pull this out. It's great! We love it!
